The house is fully furnished, has 07 air-conditioned rooms with Split, 05 large suites with box beds, closets, hot bath, has beds for 35 people with comfort, but sleeps up to 80 people (see value and conditions), has home with tv and sky.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has cabinets and various utensils including industrial pans, upright freezer, etc.

Aracaju is about 40 minutes from the city of Estância, and Salvador 02 hours by car, both access are not made by BR but by paved, calm and tourist roads. Great choice of tours to visit the famous and stunning Mangue Seco Beach (beach where the soap opera Tieta was recorded) 15 minutes by speedboat, leaving from Porto do Mato, distant 05 km from the house, with the option of boat rides and schooner on site consultation and Bugre tours.
