As you enter the condo, you’ll find the elegantly designed bedroom to the right. The gold, taupe and pale blue soothing tones and a plush, premium-mattress King-sized bed guarantee a night of peaceful slumber. While you’ll likely be spending most of your time enjoying the incredible views from the patio, spending time out on the water or checking out all that the area has to offer—this bedroom makes the ideal place to retire and recharge, so you can wake up and do it all over again. And with an adjoining full bathroom, you don’t have to go far to primp, prep or soak in the bath.
Continuing down the hall, you’ll enter the living room. With maximum comfort and lake-style living in mind, the tasteful décor and furnishings throughout the home create spaces everyone will love. The living room is a great place to chill with family and friends. Turn on the electric fireplace for ambience (or warmth), grab yourself a soft throw blanket and watch your favorite movie from the mega cushy sectional. Make your way down to the perfect spot where you can drop a line to fish right off the dock or for the boating aficionados, we invite you to bring your boat! Take advantage of a private boat slip (for a fee of $100/day) and make the most of the onsite boat launch (gate clicker needed to access the ramp is stored in a white box on the fireplace mantle. Please take extra care not to lose the gate opener as there is a $100 replacement fee). With direct water access, the recreational and relaxation options are endless!

There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property, any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. There are NO PETS allowed, any evidence of a pet being brought onto the premises will result in a $500 fine.
