Very nice comfy beds and super nice staff even when we had to check out early unexpectedly. Great breakfast maybe one of the best I have ever had. The only “issues” were the rooms are not quiet you can hear conversations of the people on the other side of the wall and in the hall way, and the parking garage is far and our lifted truck just almost fit at 7’. They have valet and park in the street options but for shopping and walk ability close to food options- this hotel is the best in town.

Honest Employess.
Nice hotel near the National Park. The staff are so nice and honest. We left a very important item when we checked out and they called us about it. We picked it up in a hurry and everything is accounted for. So appreciative. Shoutout to Nick and the cleaning staff.

We came back to our room to find a quarter size roach in the bathroom. The parking lot is about half a block from the hotel. Other then that the staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient
I had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I love the convenience of the restaurant and the location in general. Parking is a little rough sometimes, but overall it's a great place to stay!

There were little black things all over the window sill and chair. Bathroom sink was very dirty. Pillows need to be bigger. No creamer or stirrers for coffee in room.

The shuttle was an awesome resource but the hotel was also still so accessible to downtown for those that prefer to walk. My group and I did both.

Check in was very quick and easy. My hotel room was very clean. The soap dispensers in the shower were hard to use but that wasn't a concern for me as I had brought my own anyway. Overall, I loved my stay.

Amazing stay with one hiccup by the Bar Waiter
Our stay was amazing. The bell guys were always friendly and willing to help out. Brandon at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed and knew where everything was in the town. He always had a smile on his face when we saw him. Only negative was the waiter at the inhouse bar/restaurant. He was very rude and didn’t want to help anyone. My husband walked in with a water bottle and he told him he either needed to leave or throw the bottle away. My husband said he would throw it away and he said well now you need to do it now. Just blankly RUDE. Asked to have the tv closest to us changed to the cowboys game he said we would have to wait he was busy. Mind you there was our table of 5, a 2 top of ladies that just asked for the tv changed to same game and 3 people sitting at the bar. My brother said not a problem when you have time and the guy repeated well I am busy will be a minute. Otherwise our stay there was amazing. We needed more towels and the front desk had them to us in no time, maybe 5minutes. Also, Mrs Bobbi the house keeper was always pleasant and helpful. Told us her favorite places to eat and made sure she always said hello to us.

Stayed here for a night with a friend to see a show and it was very clean and welcoming and within walking distance to most of downtown. Would absolutely stay again. Breakfast was delicious as well!
