This was a wonderful room with a balcony & a lovely view of the Ouachita River. The kitchen area was stocked with dishes for 4, pots & pans, coffee, paper towels, and utensils. The bed was comfortable & we had plenty of towels & toiletries. It was quiet & serene. It is located about 5 miles from downtown Hot Springs. I would definitely return & would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a really nice place to stay. The view was awesome. The kitchen area was great for making your coffee (a regular size coffee pot) and they had little snacks for you too. The previous guest forgot to empty their kitchen trash so that was a bummer but my husband saw a housekeeper the next day and she gladly came and emptied the trash. We will definitely stay here again.

I like staying here, been here a few times. This time was a little different. We got a “courtesy” knock on the door letting us know check out was at 11….. at 9:30? Okay what ever. Next day, we get another courtesy knock. Me and my girlfriend were sleeping in, and we wake up to someone opening our door. Had to yell at them that there were still people. Again, at 9:30 am on a Saturday. My car was parked DIRECTLY in front of the door too. I get their trying to get the place clean before the next person, but damn you have to put in a system rather than knocking on peoples doors early, and almost 2 hours before check out. Felt like a total violation of our privacy.

Amazing view, has everything!
The locale was amazing! Waking up to see a lake and mountain every morning brought so much joy to me! It is far away from the busy streets of the National Park but still close enough to everything. I really enjoyed my stay here that I am going to come gere every year for a family vacation. It is now a family tradition! BOOK IT!

Had reserved a 1 bed room but ended up with 2 queen beds not a deal breaker but would be nice to have been notified my original request was not available As for as cleaning there were some stains on the outer comforter and a few strands of hair in the bathtub Great view however right on the lake easy access to state parks and restaurants

Beautiful View!
This is a beautiful location overlooking, and very close to the water. The room is comfortable and offers a lot of home comforts. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils along with pans and a cooking burner surface. The large couch and dining table offer plenty of seating options and the deck has a table and chairs to relax and take in the beautiful lake views. As a bonus, there is a covered dock out behind the room that is first come first serve for those that bring their boats on vacation. When we were here, there weren't any boats docked there. All in all, it's a great get away!

Hot Springs stay
I was having medical treatments in Little Rock. We chose to drive from Hot Springs to Little Rock daily so we didn't have to stay in Little Rock. We found our stay to be convenient with easy parking in front if our room. We only had a couple things . Since we were there for 5 days we needed a refrigerator. We only had a wine cooler in our room which did not keep the food cold at all and we had to be throw it out. Also the iron was broken when we went to use it. The bed was the most comfortable bed We both slept better than at home. The shower was wonderful with strong water pressure. The balcony was great with a partial view of the lake. We had wood floors so ir would have been nice to have a broom in the room or something to pick up crumbs and dirt tracked in since there is not daily room cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. We had easy access to lots of nearby restaurants. All the housekeepers were great and attentive to anything we needed.
