Lakefront Studio Getaway, Perfect for Two!

Part of a one-acre four-cottage sanctuary, Avalon Cottage is a wonderful, relaxing getaway for couples and small families. Quiet and private, but close to everything, it's just what you need to enjoy all that Hot Springs has to offer. Avalon Cottage sleeps up to four with 500 square feet of bright interior space and a 10' by 18' outdoor deck where you can sit, relax, and enjoy a view of the lake.

Avalon Cottage means comfort with a new mattress queen bed and new queen sleeper sofa, luxurious bathroom towels, cookware and Fiesta dinnerware completing a full kitchen, and an eclectic mix of furnishings.

Avalon Cottage means fun with a boat dock to tie off your boat, a boardwalk shoreline to toss a lure, and a swim deck all in our commonly-shared cottage setting. (NOTE: Lake Hamilton's water level is drawn down November through February every year, and during this time boats can not reach our dock space)

Avalon Cottage means convenience, with Hot Springs Mall, Kroger, Walmart, a fitness center, several boat marinas, and popular restaurants and shopping all within a mile. Equipped with secure, password-enabled wi-fi, you can stay connected at Avalon Cottage while enjoying a large HD flat screenTV with internet streaming featuring YouTube TV.

Clean, well thought out floor plan and everything provided for a comfortable stay. Quick response from host when needed some help with TV. Loved the private patio with water view and visits from geese. Location convenient to Park attractions.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and it is always a great vacation at Avalon Cottage. It has an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Very quiet area and close to the things you need.

The sweetest cottage ever!!!
This little cottage was very clean, in a great location, close to stores, downtown and to other attractions. Clementine the dog came to visit and greet me as well as some local geese. The cottage was perfect!!!

This property is just as described. Such a cute and cozy cottage. We loved the property & it came with everything we needed, although during mosquito months come prepared if you plan to sit outside and enjoy the view for more than a few minutes. We plan to stay again.

We traveled to Hot Springs for our anniversary and this cottage was just the right place for us to stay. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was comfy. The location was great--my only complaint would be the traffic. The cottage is located on a busy street, and people obviously aren't cautious when they're flying down the street. We had to be cautious when pulling out of the driveway. Other than that, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

A Taste of Paradise
This property is thoroughly enchanting. We sat outside every morning and evening and didn’t really want to leave to sightsee. We are frequent visitors to Hot Springs so having a place where we could just relax and decompress was amazing. The hosts were informative and responsive. We will come back.

Thoughts
With this cottage being right near the road, I noticed that speeders were very common up and down this road. Pulling onto the road was tricky. Might consider having the HSPD sit in the shade of that driveway. They could end up writing 10-15 tickets a day. Thanks for the little touches: kleenex, enough towels, the throw blankets, extra outlets at the bed and so many others.
