An apartment located in the newly renovated Maison 226, the Billie Holiday Suite features a quiet master bedroom, an open plan living room and fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy coffee or a cold beverage while sitting under towering magnolia trees on a New Orleans style balcony, overlooking Prospect Avenue.

The apartment also has a bonus bedroom off of the living room with a bunk-bed. The bed and door are made from boards taken from the historic Knickerbocker Hotel next door, which was built in 1890.

This is a newly built apartment in a 120-year-old historic building. Only one block from Bathhouse Row, it is nestled between the Central Avenue and Quapaw/Prospect Historical Districts. A short walk will get you to any of the dozens of Downtown and Sidetown restaurants, bars, and attractions. Enjoy the stunning architecture Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and Victorian style architecture as you stroll through the neighborhood.

You're also a short drive away from all Hot Springs has to offer, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort!

The master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, provides a view of the colorful and historic "Ladies of the Court" houses.
