Brand new remodeled historic/vintage building with a touch of modern. Enjoy a private, cozy boutique hotel with huge walk in showers. You will find all sorts of unique character in this building built in the 1940s. Not to mention...Location, Location, Location! Walking distance (0.25 miles) to historic downtown with great parking. Five minutes drive to Oaklawn. Welcome to Orange Street Boutique Hotel.

Quiet street near downtown and off of Ouachita. Many buildings on the street have been recently renovated giving the street a charming vibe.

Parking is available out front or behind the building (but we recommend out front)
House Rules
#1 - Locals must communicate they are locals before booking
#2 - No parties of any kind (this includes bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.)
#3 - No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, etc.)
#4 - No pets (unless it's a service animal)
#5 - Do not have more guests than quoted in your reservation
#6 - No photography/video productions without disclosing to us
#7 - Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
#8 - We are not liable for any injuries or possessions lost during stay

Very simple
It's a simple place with a kingbed, bathroom and tiny fridge for leftovers or drinks, unit 7 is right off of the road and can get noisy at times pending how busy the neighborhood is, definitely bring a noise machine.But don't expect extravagance just basic needs after a night of checking out the local watering holes!

I was terribly disappointed in this property. It was listed as hotel room and I would say it had the amenities of Motel 6 room….. Had two hard plastic chairs to sit that were terribly uncomfortable or you could lay on the bed. The toilet had urine stains on tank that had not been cleaned off and the AC until would not cool the room !I would never recomend or stay here agian

Upon arrival, we found the room to be spacious and simple. Nothing fancy, but very clean and modern. You can tell this is a recent renovation, as everything felt new, with the exception of the beautiful hardwood floors in the building’s hallways. Management was very prompt in communicating via email with easy instructions on parking, keyless entry, check-in/checkout, etc. The location was very handy to Bathhouse Row, with about a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and will likely choose to stay here in future!
