Great accommodations for each age in our family! The pool and property were great! Being a three-story property, the stairs were a bit challenging for the older ones but it was ok! It was great to all be together and there was enough for each of us to enjoy what we wanted to do separately too!!

4th of July Family Trip
This property was pretty great for our family--me, my 3 sons and their families. The house was a perfect size for all of us. The grandkids had a wonderful time playing in their room, playing games and puzzles, swimming in the pool and fishing at the dock every day. There were a few minor issues and Joy responded quickly and efficiently. Some of my favorite things were the conveniences this property supplied. Some places don't supply a good amount supply based on the time period the property is rented. Supplies such as: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. We didn't have to purchase any of these supplies while there. That means so much to a family. The kitchen supplies were awesome. We had all the baking supplies we needed, plenty of platters, cutting boards and plenty of storage containers for leftovers! They also supplied extra beach towels and a box of pool toys, so we didn't have to worry about those either. The 4th of July was happening all around us--neighbors across the lake and on each side of us--set off really nice fireworks and we were able to see them from the big picture window in the air-conditioning--after the little ones went to bed! I wish it had a few more rooms so our whole family would be able to come and fit! I will definitely keep it on our list to return someday when our out of state family can't come, like this year.

Exceptional booking
The location of the home was great for lake use and outdoor activities. The pool and hot tub were great. The owner was friendly and was available for any issues. Overall one of the best Vrbo experiences I have had. Will definitely be booking again in future. Great place for families, large or small.

A great experience! The owner was very responsive! The property was very clean and had everthing we could have asked for. My only suggestion would be to install handrails in/out of the pool and hot tub to make them more accessible to all ages.

Family Vacation
We loved our stay at Hamilton Lake House property. It was everything we had hoped for and so much more. The house is large and equipped with everything that we could have ask for and more. The host is gracious and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was pleasant. Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you for allowing us to share your home! Week at the Lake
We had everything we needed to have a nice family get together. Plenty of room for our large party of 12, we all had our on separate space. Plenty of towels, dishes, spices, and other amenities for our stay. The boat dock was great for our two boats and we enjoyed even fishing off the dock. Joy was very responsive to any questions we had, and even cleaned the pool out for us after a storm.

a little disappointed.
was a nice place but a few difficulties were encountered. ice maker that was advertised was not working. when host was informed stated "thank you, yes it has been broken for about a month", grill was filthy and had to be cleaned before it could be used (we cleaned it when we were done). TV in bedroom wasnt working properly and while normally not a big issue given my wife's health issues it was. host did come over to try to fix but also could not figure it out. there were two cats on the property and we were not informed of this. two of the guests are allergic to cats. we should have been made aware of the cats. it was the consensus of the group that we could probably do better next year for our sibling weekend.

Great Place
Lots of space and well equipped. There were 7 adults in our party, there was both room for privacy and gathering. Had everything we could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, the pool was a little chilly. Beds were comfortable and showers were good. Everything was clean. Wish there was a bedroom on the main level that could be accessed without stairs. Would highly recommend this place to others.

A great getaway for fun and relaxation!
Beautiful decor and spacious rooms, pool, hot tub, decks overlooking the lake! Walkway to dock was nice. Horseshoes and plenty of yard to set up our other games. Don’t bother bringing your fishing poles though, our men say there’s no fish in the lake lol. Great place to go to relax and play!

Arkansas lake house with pool
We had a wonderful time here and with our rented pontoon boat. Dock is a great. Home is very large with lots of comfy furniture. Pool is great but Hot Tub was not working at all during our 5 day stay and owner wasn’t able to get it serviced. This was really disappointing as we chose this higher cost home in order to get pool and hot tub. Home has lots of beach towels and kitchen is fully stocked for cooking.

Phoenix, Chicago, Asheville meet in Arkansas for a GREAT family vacation
Our family gathered at this beautiful property for the week. Three levels gave everyone plenty of space. With 6 adults 6 kids under the age of 10 we had a great time in the pool daily. Catching fish off the dock was a hit too. Bailey from Bailey Burton Photography came to the property to take some great family photos. Brought our own kayaks and a fishing boat to enjoy the water. Could not have been a better home for our clan. Appreciate you sharing your home home with us Joy. Memorable week!!

This property is beautiful. The pool stays shaded most of the day which is great for the little ones. Awesome view! Big nice bedrooms with lots of room. 5 king size beds. One of the bedrooms has 2 couches for extra sleeping. It was so so nice we loved it. Kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath on main floor. All bedrooms either upstairs or down stairs. The pool made the vacation! Thank you so much!

Wonderful Vacation
Each year I try to have my daughters, husband, grandchildren and great grandchildren a meet up place for a few days of family time. From the moment you drive up and walk into this home you know your choice was a good one. The home is clean and gave my family plenty of room to have their on space but large enough to have us all in one place around the kitchen and dinning room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and most of our time was spent there. The lake was right there and allowed us float time. My whole family said from now on they want to return here every year. We will be back and you won’t be disappointed if you stay at this beautiful place inside and outside. Wonderful! Wonderful! Fun and stay.

Sister Trip
Each year we take a sister trip along with our mom and her best friend. The property was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and lake view. We stayed in the pool quite a bit and just lounged around the deck area. The only drawback was the hot tub was not working but Joy addressed the issue and it was something totally out of her control. As stated in other reviews, the steps are quite steep but we had no issues with navigating them. It was a weekend filled with laughs, food and fun! Thank you Joy for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property!
