The Staff were all great and friendly, however the Hotel, lobby, and rooms was ran down very badly. The wooden bed frame and head board was broken. The entire room was in poor condition. There was stains all in the carpet along with paint and mudd peeling off the walls all across the Hotel. There was even dried up mudd on the mirrors. They keep a mini fridge in a pull-out cubby hole section of the entertainment center that will probably catch fire. The wooden entertainment center was pretty hot from the fridge heat. I unplugged the fridge just to be safe. I highly recommend staying elsewhere, but it’s a great place to check out and do a walk-through as you are exploring the strip.

I know that its an old resort but lots of issues, wallpaper falling off the walls, lamp shades and carpets stained, check in staff wasnt very friendly. I will say the man who helped in the valet garage was very courteous and respectful. I dont recommend the restaurant had seafood pasta and tasted like the shrimp and calamari were a day from being spoiled.

The carpets were filthy you could feel your feet getting dirty and almost moist like. And when we looked our feet were black and had to scrub them the rest was clean and beautiful loved the rooms cozy and comfy beds the staff there especially the valets are amazing def will be back just need to car for carpet issues

I shouldn't have to pay to park in a parking garage 2 or more blocks away, also there was feces dried outside the toilet bowl in our room!! I love this place, me and my husband come here every year!! But yeah that's my issues!!

Nice historic hotel!
Perfect location! We love staying at the Arlington. Staff are very friendly and also have very good food! While I did not give 5 star review on our stay it is simply because they are still updating the hotel. They are making remarkable progress but I do have to comment on the 8th floor. Smelled very musty. I imagine it is due to the old carpet. Room was comfy and bed was nice. Shower has super water pressure. If I may make a recommendation, please remove that carpet. Super old and stinks bad. If the hotel wasn’t so packed this weekend, I would have requested to be moved to another floor. We do appreciate all you are doing to update the hotel!

Was great. The TV wasnt working and the maintenance guys were goin hav to work on the cable so they put us across the hall immediately. The beds were so comfortable but will hav to get a bigger bed next time cause one of my sons sleeps with me. Didnt get to see much of the hotel just staying one night. Im really intrigued of old buildings. I look forward to a longer visit next time .

Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, our grandkids loved the hiking trails and the park next door. Very nice interior and the room was beautiful. The front desk clerks could use some etiquette training, but everyone else was very friendly and courteous.

Loved the architecture and the story of the Hotel. However, the room we got was in much need of updating/maintenance. Although, that is part of the charm, some things (like stains on the carpet and peeling wallpaper) could be fixed and not take away from the overall appeal. Wished there was more accessibility to the thermal waters i.e. in the pool and hot tub. Depending on which office/service staff you spoke to, knowledge and service were great. Others, not so much.
