Perfect for reunions, retreats, or large families. Located right on Reelfoot Lake--a 15,000 acre natural cypress lake in northwest Tennessee--the lodge features a large back deck, as well as a private dock and fishing pier. This spacious lodge can accommodate up to 24 people (18 beds/2 sofa sleepers)--with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms--as well as room for socializing, meeting, or just relaxing. You can look out at the lake from 5 different rooms. This is a vacation destination--one without the hassle of traffic and congestion. Since the lake is naturally formed, it teems with wildlife. Outdoor recreation opportunities abound--including fishing, hunting, eagle watching (one of the largest populations of wintering bald eagles in the U.S.), wildlife viewing, hiking, and more. The nearby Reelfoot Lake State Park offers numerous educational programs, including pontoon boat tours. Also nearby is Discovery Park, a 50 acre living museum. Several outstanding restaurants are close by, or you can prepare your own meals in the lodge's fully stocked kitchen. The lodge has WiFi--and also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Great for big groups
We went to reel foot lake for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. This is a great cabin as it is right on the lake. There is the pier for fishing and it was a 2 hour drive to Memphis to go see sun studios where Elvis recorded.

Couldn't get gas grill lit. Called and cleaning lady came right over and fixed the problem. Can't say enough about her, she also brought some condements, etc over and was available for our EVERY need. I'n not related, but give her a RAISE. She definitely deserve it.
