Despite paying over $3000 /night for a 3 bedroom suite, we had to go downstairs daily to refill our water bottle for drinking water. I had to ask for soap, clean towels, and supplies refills daily. Washer and Dryer in room did not work.

You live up to your impressive name.
Dinner at Quara was oustanding! My husband raved about the oxtail pasta and brussle sprouts. Everyone was incredible polite, cheerful, and perfectly lovely. We loved the kitchen and furo, too. Of all the Ritz-Carltons we've stayed at--Washington, DC, Maui, the old one on the Big Island, the one in Marina Del Rey, and a fabulous one in Cario, yours was the sweetest. We went to the one in Paris, but only to the bar. Hope to stay there some day, but we will be back to see you next week--sad circumstances but happy to stay with you stellar hospitality superstars. First Class Dreamy Hotel in the best location
Amazing hotel , friendly staffs and always made me felt like going home each time . I liove the washer & dryer & full size fridge it made my packing lighter. Love the ocean view rooms & large balcony . Nice bathroom with large bath tub was my liking too . Totally love the pools & the poolside staffs were super nice & made our stay so much more relaxing . We will be returning there for sure .

Overall, I liked the property. However, the location is not the best for Waikiki as it is a couple blocks from the ocean front and has no resort amenities. Given the price, I may search for another option next time.
