Very Awesome Stay
Always a great stay with the friendliest of staff. Always my go to for work and pleasure because the rates are reasonable and you get accommodated with first class treatment with the Aloha spirit. Mahalo to everyone there. To all tourists from the continental United States and foreign countries alike it is customary to tip your room service attendant. A clean and made bed is not a given, it is what makes travel special if you are staying at a hotel so don’t forget to tip your room attendants!

My room was never cleaned while I was there, after bringing it up multiple times. There was a power outage that forced me to leave the hotel at night for an extended time period. Basic toiletry items were never replaced in the room.

We spent 6 nights at the Shoreline to celebrate our Honeymoon and it was wonderful. Check in was great, a bottle of Hawaiian made wine and free snacks was a bonus! Would recommend and stay again.

Good overall
Staff were lovely and the room was comfortable and modern with a great bathroom. The hotel is in a great position as well. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in with no issue. The downsides were related to noise. Our room was right next to the elevator which we could hear constantly. There were also workers on a hanging metal platform doing exterior works. While it's great that they're making the updates, the sound of the moving platform hitting the side of the building as it was pulled up and down was annoying.
