Love the remodeled ABC store, Starbucks, pool area and MonkeyPod restaurant. Frank at front desk was wonderful. We’ve been coming here for 25 years and really love the new updates.

Location was great, staff was nice and extremely helpful, especially John, head of Valet Services, and Wan, our room housekeeper. The hotel was wonderful and we had a great stay!

This property was excellent! The hotel was beautiful and right off the beach. Lots of shopping within walking distance and restaurants. 2 restaurants located on property and well as some stores. Rooms are very specious! The maid Jackie who cleaned our room was so kind and happy to see us each morning! She waa a pleasure to know. Knew who we where from first day! We would stay again if we go back to Waikiki!

We come to Hawaii ofren amd this is our new preferred hotel. Not only is it beautiful, the staff are genuine and helpful, has a starbucks downstairs, 2 great restaurants, an ABC store on site, live music, amd prefectly located on the beach! 10 out of 10!
