Worth about $50 but the location is good. Fix your elevator. No sheets for pull out bed by default. Small old beds. Truly the lowest value hotel I’ve stayed in. I would recommend staying as far away from Waikiki as possible I knew going in the bed choices but seriously, who has double beds?

One of two elevators were not working at all. No trash can in the room, no kettle, no knife/folk/spoon, simply terrible. Room is dirty… But I’m not complaining here - this hotel is cheap so that’s that.

It’s peak season, you need that 2nd elevator up and running. No excuses. Other than that the staff are outstanding. The location is unbeatable. The building and rooms are old but clean.

I was a little worried about what to expect after reading so many negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised by how great our stay was over the holidays this year! This is a fantastic spot for a budget friendly Waikiki vacation. The location is 10/10, you are steps away from shopping, good food and the beach! We were able to check in early and our room had an amazing lanai with city, water and Mountain View’s. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Our room was spotless upon arrival and housekeeping did a fabulous job caring for our room during the stay. We also enjoyed our small kitchen and cookware so we could save money by not eating out every meal. The building and rooms are a bit dated, but it’s clean and has all the amenities you need. The only minor inconvenience we encountered was waiting for the elevator at peak times (there is only 1). If you’re looking for a luxury stay and newly renovated rooms you’ll be disappointed and will need to spend more $$ to look elsewhere for accommodations. Otherwise this is a great affordable spot to stay!

This property was one of the worst I had ever stayed in. The property itself looks very old and is not clean. The curtains used in bathroom and the room itself were stained and dirty. Our room was in the 14th floor and only one elevator was working. It used to take us a while to get into our room and get out because of this single elevator that was in working condition. Another gotcha was that they charge $45 per might for parking which was not advertised anywhere.

Room was dated and not clean. Saw three live roaches and one dead one during our single night stay. Needed extra linens and was told housekeeping had gone home for the night so no extra sheets could be provided. Finally got some sheets and a single pillowcase. It is in a good location right in the heart of the tourist district. I would not want to stay here more than one night (and that one night was not great).

Severe bed bug infestation. Still got charged for the first night even though I NEVER even unpacked was in my room five minutes checked for bedbugs found an infestation and left. Terrible time . No full refund given
