Don’t expect much
I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available.

Online semester in Waikiki Beach
Great location, off street parking was a plus, washer and dryer also a plus. Cute house close to Diamond Head, Zoo, Aquarium, public Beach, restaurants and shops. When the fence broke, it was immediately fixed. We will definitely be back!

Great location and great place that should just be stocked better
This is a beautifully renovated little cottage, really tasteful interior decor. Location is perfect for a walk to cafes and the beach. It’s small but very functional for our little family of four. The porch is lovely to hang out on and the wifi is fast. It could be perfect but just misses the mark on a few little things. Kitchen is supposed to be ready to use but there was no salt or no cooking oil. Towels need replacing as they are very worn. Shower curtain needs replacing. Only one roll of kitchen paper towels and one box of tissues supplied for our 3 week stay. These are all minor negative things but they are the kind of thing that other short term rentals get right. We will happily stay here again, hopefully they can make those small improvements.

Such a cute place to stay.
This was a very cute place to stay... We would stay here again. Perfectly located for a nice walk to the beach, downtown Waikiki, as well as diamond head. Only downside was there was a lot of road noise as well as the rooster's enjoying themselves at 3:30am.

Stayed here for marathon weekend. Perfectly placed on the edge of Kapiolani park yet close to the beach and the tourist crush of Waikiki. Comfortable, clean, homey.

Heart of the City
If you enjoy the city life this is a great place to stay. Within walking of great park and shops. This cute property was furnished with vintage items (even some of the dishes). We really enjoy antiques so we loved the interior. The overgrowth of the vegetation in the driveway makes it a real challenge to park and get in and out of the car. I am elderly and the older bathtub was a scary endevor for me. No grab bars and the sides of the tub sloped so that there was very little flat footing on the bottom of tub. If you have any balance issues or slight handicap, this would not be a good place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the world "go by". It is a very busy road and close to a fire station. If you have hearing aids or hearing issues this place would be tough to enjoy, but for most of our party it did not bother them. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, old Hawaii feel
This cottage was perfect for our time in Honolulu. Easy to walk to San Souci beach, zoo, shell, aquarium and Hau Tree Lanai. We had some issues in the beginning that were resolved and communication with the local manager and Turnkey was prompt and responsive. The house is vintage and we really loved the Hawaiiana decor and attention to detail. I hope to stay again soon. Thanks for the Starbucks gift card and please consider including a working coffee maker in the home for future visits!!
