Very convenient location. Great for families. Friendly and helpful staff. Dont need to pack to much clothes with a top-notch laundry room. Like most hotel in Waikiki, expect to pay $60 per night for parking.

The Embassy Suites was located close to the beach, to shops, and so many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially housekeeping and the bell desk attendants. It was so nice to also have breakfast included in our stay. It was our first time spending the holidays in Waikiki. The hotel and Waikiki were decorated, which was nice to see. There was also nightly entertainment provided at the hotel and around the area.

The location of this hotel is pretty close to Royal Hawaiian centre or Waikiki beach area so it's within walking distance. Very convenient and we really like it.

Great location and service. Hotel could use some updating but was clean. Room was spacious for our family of 5 and quiet. Loved the free breakfast but didn’t like the high parking fees. Pool is no frills but just enough for my young kids. Location can’t be beat with it being right on Waikiki beach walk and Royal Hawaiian center.

We are a family of 5 and there was something for everyone. Highlights: Friendly staff and service, the daily breakfast, and the happy hour with live music every evening. Only big bummer: Unexpected daily hotel valet fee of an eye-popping $60 per day. Ugh! Skip the car and save a bunch of money.

Great location and amenities. Breakfast was basic but decent and great to have included. Balcony is tiny. Rooms are spacious. Sofa bed was comfortable. Pool area is nice! Free drinks for guests at happy hour were a lovely bonus! I’d definitely choose to stay again.

The hotel and property are well maintained. The free drinks and breakfast were amazing. I found the people at the concierge desk were rude when we decided to not go with their inflated priced excursion packages. I also think the overnight parking is overpriced, especially considering the resort is not directly on the beach, like other similarly priced hotels.

Excellent staff, great breakfast selection, and nightly happy hour. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Well situated in Waikiki. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Would stay again.
