Staff was great but the breakfast was the worst one I’ve yet to encounter. It’s be better just not to lead people on and offer it. Also there was mold in the bathroom.

The power went out first night. No AC no hot water no electricity period. No one from the staff offered info on what was going on. The hotel staff named M. This young lady told guests to take up their concerns with Hawaii Electric company it is not the hotel’s fault. One guest told we made reservations with Oasis not the electric company. We asked for the General mgr to call and none of us ever received a call from the general mgr after no power for a day and a half. We still had to pay the resort fees for amenities we could not use. I would never recommend this place. Only one elevator. The breakfast included is stall beead canned juice and cereal. Not even jam for the stale croissants. No ice machine.. terrible

The breakfast they provided is not healthy, they only give cookies, coffee and water, juice tht all every day. We started and another hotel they served, better breakfast like eggs, fruit, coffee, milk, rice, meat, sausage, good breakfast for star morning.

Helpful, friendly staff. Towels and chairs are available to take to the beach which is a short walk away for able bodied people. But the location of our room was noisy and terrible! If we stayed there again, I would insist on a higher floor and on the opposite side Lewers Street.

I read reviews before I booked my stay. I read it was alittle dated with the furniture and things. It was but not enough to worry about. The breakfast was alittle skimpy at times, but still I can live with that. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed something. I never seen1bug in my room so that was wonderful! The shower was alittle difficult to get in and out of, so maybe another handle would be nice and safer. I was on the 8th floor and was grateful it was quite. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again especially since I'm always looking for a more reasonably priced hotel.room

The staff at Oasis are amazing! The room was very outdated and in need of a facelift. Very musty, mildew smell in the room. The matress was worn out so bad i could feel the springs in my back. If not for the few things i mentioned it would have been a 5 star. The staff made the stay worth while.

The property is very run down given the cost of the rooms and fees. We reserved a King Bed but when we entered our room, we realized they put us in a room with two twin beds w/o any explanation. When we brought it up, they said our room with the King Bed was having maintenance issues and only offered us a waiver of the resort fee. This is something that should have been brought up immediately upon check in a bigger discount should have been given, considering the cost.
