We were upgraded to the top floor for free. Room was spacious compared to regular rooms you get in HK and comfortable. Place was clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly & helpful, and accessible to bus/tram/MTR. The only catch? It takes a while for the elevator to get to & from the 33rd floor. :) I would book there again.

The location is central in Causeway Bay and within walking distances to major shopping and dining hubs plus the transit/MTR stations. Enjoyed the stay but I guess the hotel seems a little dated now and needs some refresh to make it more contemporary. Overall a very good stay!

Close access to everything in Causeway Bay. Highly recommended to travellers with a budget. Airport Bus E11 takes you opposite to the hotel and just a short walk. Lots of local eateries right at the door front of the hotel.

The concierge was excellent, as well as the cleaning staff. The room was immaculate whenever I came back from work. Victoria park is basically across the street. A beautiful spot to walk in the morning and evening. Many dining choices nearby and easy access to the MTR.
