Breakfast was worse than before, and the restaurant staff were all huddled together talking incessantly. Breakfast time is until 10:30 am, but they were already packing up at 10 am, which I felt was very disrespectful to the guests.

Great location and a wonderful room. A bit on the small side, but was clean, comfortable and everything worked. The breakfast is the only reason it is not a 5! Not very good with limited selection and awful coffee. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Hotel has a really awkward entrance. You practically have to walk into a side street to get into the hotel. Unless you are on the high floors, your window is facing directly to a neighboring building that can see everything you do in your room i stayed there for 10 days with my curtains drawn 24/7. They claim this is a 4 star hotel, it feels like a 3 star in North American standard. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
