Service was very fast and friendly. Our 15mo-old was playing in the lobby, while waiting to group up, and a front desk staff gave her a unicorn and chatted with us about his family since he has kids himself. Our cleaning lady was very thorough and tentative with our needs and requests. Hotel is old but they do a good job keeping it neat and clean. Location was good for our purpose. Will definitely come back!

Excellent locations for shopping and dinning and easy access to all parts of Hong Kong. Even Airport bus to the airport within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast room on the 1st floor has recently gone through a refresh renovation making it more pleasant to have breakfast before making it out for the day!
