Beautiful and striking hotel. Easy check in and clean rooms. Pillows need better condition and maybe helpful to provide inroom amenity like toothbrush, toiletry kit & water. For a fancy hotel, we expected these as basic part. Microwave on the room, but doesn’t work.

If you want to keep your luggage there over night they will charge you HK$20 per luggage per night; even though you have a booking for returning stay. I think this is ridiculous.

Overall hotel conditions and services are excellent. We're on our family vacation to Hong Kong and stayed 10 days in this hotel. We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time. The hotel is very nice to check the room availability and let us check-in early.

Hotel is conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from Fortress Hill MTR Station. Quite a new hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff members who helped us with luggage were super polite and decent. Cleaning ladies were attentive and prompt. We had birthday lunch celebration for our little girl at their Cafe A buffet. The food was great and great customer service. The only complain I had during my 12-day visit was that I had rashes on my skin which I’m uncertain of the cause. The bedsheet and blankets were super clean and I never saw a bug during our stay. Overall I would say 5-star. Thank you

Great hotel
We got our room and it smelt of cigarettes which I was unhappy about as I have a baby but called reception and they changed our room quickly. The new room was great, lovely big bed, clean and staff were great overall esp housekeeping! Hotel rooms are pretty small in hk so it was tight with a baby but bigger than most average priced hotels so would stay here again. The area around the hotel was good too, with a few restaurants and easy access to tram, bus & mtr. There’s also a welcome supermarket 2 min walk and laundry service.

Very clean throughout the hotel. If you arrive on foot or via public transport, the entrance is not the same as the main entrance. But there’s staff to direct you to the right path. Very convenient for public transport/ MTR. The shower is particularly excellent. Reception staff, particularly Alfred, is very helpful and a big thank you to him. Overall very good value for money

Good hotel but a little noisy
The rooms themselves and the hotel is great, in a lovely location and the noise cancelling from outside is really good. The big issue you have hear is that due to the number of events hosted at this hotel it can lead to a lot of notice in the corridor’s Kate at night with people shouting until 1am in the morning. This isn’t necessarily the hotels fault but it is just the nature of a hotel that hosts large scale events. If you are travelling for work and need a good nights sleep maybe not the best choice.
