The hotel’s elevators service need to be modified. It takes longer time to get in and out of the hotel compare with other regular hotels without a big shopping mall attached.

Very new and spacious hotel with plenty of space in the room. Staffs were friendly and helpful. However, the soundproofing is not great. We could hear people speak in the next room occasionally.

I liked everything about my stay at the Hopewell Hotel! The location is great! The hotel is clean and nicely designed. The breakfast buffet is incredible, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved it, and will definitely stay here next time I come to Hong Kong, my favorite city.

There are so many great local eateries around the hotel, and the short walk to the MTR is very convenient. Hotel is very new and clean, staff is courteous and attentive. Price is reasonable and the mountain view room was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is very spacious. We have three people in the room and not feel crowded. The hotel is new and very clean. There is no bath tub, only a shower and it's ok with us. There is a nice garden on the property and transportation is very convenient.
