Top Tip: The entrance is beside the Aesop store on the street.
Firstly, the location is fantastic. Good shops, public transport, convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants. Absolutely no complains in this aspect.
BUT. You get what you pay for. If you are expecting budget accommodation at a budget price, look no further. We took a twin room. It was in an old apartment building on top of fancy shops at the ground floor, unit allocated to us was on a separate floor from the reception. Security was good, but that's about it.
Rppm was very cramped, deposit required for towels (fully refundable upon returning the towels at check-out), very old, but clean. Bed was basically wood boards nailed together with a sufficiently-comfortable mattress atop. Air-condition worked but was very noisy as it was very old. Toilet was what you would expect in an old Hong Kong public housing flat, but clean.
Free wifi which worked fine. Snacks and drinks available at the reception on Level 3.
