I have a hard time getting this hotel to email me in response. I was trying to confirm the reservation via Expedia contact the hotel or use the hotel website email address. The final email response was open-ended that it wouldn't confirm my reservation as I don't have their hotel reservation number but Expedia confirmation number. In addition, I just noticed there is an extra charge on my credit card bill after I returned back home although I confirmed that there was no charge on my room when I checked out. It is really a hassle to contact the hotel as I need to make a telephone call which is costly. The administrative part is definitely not very well coordinated.

No hot shower despite complains. Never change bedsheets and pillow cases. Floors not vacuumed or cleaned. No bottled water. Rooms are worn and small. Area surrounded by rowdy pubs and drunk patrons. 1-2 star standards.

Lobby is at level 3 which was quite nicely decorated. There was only one staff at check in thankfully not too many were checking in. Room is very small and a little worn. There's a fridge but not cold. Safe wasn't working. No bottled water. No toothpaste and brush. No face towels. Only has shampoo and shower foam. Shower head was broken when I turned on so had to call front desk to get handyman to come fix. After that, I discovered there was no hot water and had to shower in cold water. TV has no movie channels. Next morning I called front desk but no answer. Went down to inform about the water heater and safe, there was no one checking in. Front staff said they will fix it while I'm out. Came back to the room in the evening, the safe is finally working but not the heater. As it was late, I had to shower with cold water again. Found out also my rubbish wasn't cleared and floor wasn't vacuumed. [see pics] High chance the sheets were not changed too. To add to the unpleasantness, the talking loudly at the corridors and door slammings from next door neighbours are very audible at 7am when I needed a longer sleep. There is no breakfast at this hotel due to space but the locality is great amongst all food and convenience stores. That's the best plus point. Beds and pillows were ok. I hope they fix the issues cos it's really not worth the money I paid. Update on my 3rd night 28th April 2024: Sheets confirmed didn't change cos the stain on the sheets is the same [see Google Map]
