One of Homer's Best Views - Cabin #1 (family-friendly)

Enjoy our private two bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen and gorgeous view just outside the front door. Perfect for small families and couples looking for a place to relax in Homer, or for a group of people looking for a home base on a fishing trip. Conveniently located, a short drive down West Hill Road places you close to local stores and downtown.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment with their own private entrance. Each cabin has a small tv, but we are unable to provide cable tv. Guests can bring their own rokus or firesticks to plug into the tv. Be sure to bring all cables required. Additionally, there is a picnic table and firepit that guests are welcome to use.

During your stay the host will always be available in the main house on the property.

Other things to note:
Room to turn around and park a boat.
Ask host if you have a small RV or trailer that you would like to hook up to power.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Pratt Museum. The cabin includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Price was affordable and convenient location to the Homer Marina. We were thankful for all the amenities the hosts had stocked in the fridge( condiments, coffee and filters, etc. I’d highly recommend this unit to groups of three-four.

This is a very spacious very comfortable unit. There was an easy self check in and we never saw or communicated with the propriatot but the way it was set up we had everything we needed. This place is on top of a hill a few miles from town so we drove to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately we were in Homer on a Sunday so we didnt get to tour the Kilcher Homestead!

We came up for a fishing trip. Hosts couldn't have been nicer. House was simple, clean, and great views. Perfect for the family get away while fishing in Homer! Definitely will see if it is available next year!

Cabin is up a hill in a quiet neighborhood, allowing for peaceful rest between the multitude of activities one can experience in Homer. View was beautiful and cabin was clean. I would very much recommend this place.

The accommodations were nice and as advertised.
We arrived 3 hours early and the cabin was ready and we were able to check in early, which was nice because of the weather. We met the owners and they were friendly and willing to make suggestions on places to eat. Hope to return there in the future.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood
My son and I enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the place was well stocked for anyone who chose to. All of the appliances were in good working order. There is a view of the bay if you walk out into the yard. Again, we were not using the unit for much more than a place to sleep because we were out and about for long hours each day. We would stay here again for sure.

Our family of four spent the night here for a Nordic ski race weekend. This property is extremely functional and toddler-friendly. You are sharing a wall with the other unit so if noise is a concern it might an issue but we enjoyed our stay 🙏

This is a nice clean, and quiet place to stay. There is a lovely view of the ocean on the property. All appliances and cooking utensils are available to make one feel at home. The owners are friendly and helpful and not intrusive. I would recommend this loication to other visitors to Homer.
