If walking is your passion, then the highest hill in the Clwydian range, Moel Famau and the Offa’s Dyke path are both on the doorstep waiting to be conquered. This two bedroomed property is tucked away near woodlands offering a quiet and peaceful retreat.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen are well designed in an open living style. There is a Smart TV, comfortable sofas and electric heater providing a cosy space to relax in the evening. The beaches at Prestatyn, Rhyl and Talacre are all within half an hour drive. Venture further up the coast to the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno or over to the Snowdonia National Park for fabulous days out. Matty’s Place welcomes your furry friends too, there are some fabulous walks directly from the property.
