Only minutes from I-35, Watkins Mill State Park, Kearney High School, Fun Farm, a local winery, and many more adventures! Serenity awaits in this home away from home on 7 acres in Holt with 5 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms and a theater. This cool house features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 sofa beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Lovely place to stay!
We had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean and very modern. Check in and check out was easy. We loved when the neighbor dogs came to greet us. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay
This was a lovely stay. The place was amazing and the people were very responsive and helpful! If it were up to me I never would have left. The only reason I give 4 stars is because there were bigger dogs loose around the property. I’m not sure who they belonged to, but it was very intimidating and scary for someone who owns two small dogs. One of the dogs was not the friendliest and chased after one of my house mates. It definitely made the stay a little uncomfortable because you felt like you always had to look over your shoulder when going outside. No fault of the owners by any means, but something that should be addressed when visitors are expected
