Dear Jürg,thank you for your honest feedback.We always strive to have all our guests happy, so we are sorry to hear that we could not fully succeed in that.The Hot Pot needs to be closed not to cool off and can be opened anytime - we are always happy to help if needed.Also we do offer different room sizes.We hope to welcome you back some day and that you enjoy the rest of your trip!
