Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with 2'6" twin beds - and a family bathroom with slipper bath and separate walk-in shower. The property benefits from a sunny, fully-enclosed and secure garden - ideal for children and dogs to play safely while you chill the wine and prepare an alfresco feast. There's even the benefit of a parking space - a real bonus in Holt!

This brilliantly located cottage, peacefully positioned in the heart of Holt allows you to enjoy woodland walks at Holt Country Park and cycle rides to Kelling Heath, to explore the numerous sandy, Blue Flag beaches dotted along the Norfolk coastline, by car or even catch a steam train to neighbouring picturesque villages.
