Great Location

Nice Getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Condo was great for just the two of us. The unit was clean and in good condition and within two blocks of the beach access, and within walking distance to restaurants and stores! The elevator was down, but they informed us the day before, thankfully we were on the first floor, one flight up. We would definitely stay there again! Larry & Gail

Family Vacation
This was our first time to Surf City and we absolutely loved it! The condo was perfect and so close and convenient to everything. We loved that we could walk to just about everything. The only issue was that we did see a cockroach in the main bedroom two nights before we left. So that freaked us out a bit, although they are common in NC, this was a bit uncomfortable for us. Overall we enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to return very soon!

I initially picked a spot because of its close proximity to downtown and the ocean. Neighbors are very nice. Great location. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and toilet paper and paper towels.

Good location.

Fantastic location for a reasonable price
My friend and I spent a week at this great property. Although not oceanfront, the location is ideally located very close to a public beach access as well as walking distance to shops and restaurants. Although the property can sleep 8, I would only recommend it for that many if they are families as the condo is not overly large. There is plenty of storage space in the master bedroom, but it could use some hangers. In the bathroom, more towel racks would be helpful.

Wifi was out for the entire 6 day stay. We notified them on day 1, and were told that they would essentially look into it. We were offered use of their office wifi, but obviously that is not ideal, (kids had homework to do online). The second room with the bunk bed is incredibly small. One notification said that we had to wash linens, another said we didn’t but had to wash bath mats/etc, and there was also a discrepancy about how many “loads” could be left in the room unwashed. It is hard to wash linens/towels/mats when there are 3 beds and check out is at the time of day quoted in the ad. Additionally, there were no pillow cases for the upper bunk bed and there was a large stain on the sheet for the lower bed. Also we felt that to be required to wash the linens we should be provided with laundry detergent to do so. There was none there and there were no extra trash bags, or toilet paper, so we had to go purchase all of those things. There was some trash under the bed and the sink faucets were poorly cleaned.

Very nice, spacious condo. Close to beach and restaurants
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We came down for the weekend to visit with our son stationed at Camp Lejeun and it was a perfect location. The beach is only a block away and you can walk to several restaurants. The condo itself is very roomy and nicely decorated and appointed. The beds were comfortable as well.

We had a great experience. Loved the location, the condo was great. One of the lights were out, I called the rental company and they had the maintenance guy out quick. He was very friendly. My only complaint would be the couch and loveseat, not the most comfortable. Great neighbors. We will be booking this condo for next year for sure.

Great off season beach weekend
This was an easy place with little kids (once we moved the breakable decor items to the top of the refrigerator. Laundry, tub, and close to the public beach entrance and ice cream shop so we could go back and forth multiple times. The only downside was the pizza from we ordered.

Perfect location!
Unit was clean and as outfitted advertised. Short walk to the beach. We walked to every restaurant whether it was to go or eat in. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great NC beach experience.

Great, safe, walkable
The pictures made it look a bit bigger than it was but the size was fine for 2 adults and 2 adult children. Easy walk to a great beach and restaurants. Checkout by 10 is early when you have to get laundry started and cleaned up. But overall a clean and convenient place and were grateful to stay there.

Everything with the rental process was smooth. Condo was clean with enough space to move around. It is one block from the beach, an easy 3 minute walk to the beach access point. It is close to shops and restaurants. Overall we loved it and would stay here again!

Close to beach
Place was disgusting when we arrived. Didn't look as though it had been vacuumed. Dead flies were on the carpet in the bedroom, and a big dead roach was just chilling on the kitchen floor when we arrived. Thinking they may have just sprayed, we brushed it off and thankfully didn't see a "live" bug over the weekend. Shower curtain full of mold, and second bedroom had an old plastic popcicle wrapper under the bed. Other than the lack of cleaning, our stay was adequate. WIFI sucks but we only used it a few times.
