Guests must be at least 22 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for a Security Deposit which is $500.00 for this property. Great Escapes Homes uses an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez and will provide guests a link to the rental agreement and security deposit after booking. A link to the rental agreement and security deposit will be provided after booking.

The Security Deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. It may appear on a credit card as a "Pending Transaction" while the hold is in place. The Security Deposit is reserved 2 days prior to arrival and released up to 7 days following departure provided there are no issues reported during the booking.

This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. Bringing of pets without approval will incur a pet fee of twice the normal rate, charged to the security deposit held for the booking. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 28 people for this property.
