BEDROOMS

Total sleeping capacity is 20 people (19 adults plus 1 toddler or small child in the kid bed. Babies are welcome!)

Comfortable beds and linens in every bedroom. Blackout curtains or shades in every bedroom. All the beds, including the bunks and loft, are able to sleep an adult except the toddler bed in the main level master kid room. Comfortably sleeps 14 adults without sleeping on the top bunks or twin XL bunks. No children under 6 years on the top bunk or the loft.

◈Master Bedroom 1: Upstairs, King Bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub, desk for any remote working need. Includes charging stations on each nightstand and a wall mounted Roku TV.

◈Master Bedroom 2: Main Level, King Bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Includes charging stations on each nightstand and a wall mounted Roku TV. The walk-in closet features a toddler/young child bed with window.

◈Guest Room 3: Main Level, King Bed, Twin XL loft, bathroom next door. Includes charging stations on each nightstand and a wall mounted Roku TV.

◈Guest Room 4: Downstairs, King Bed. Includes charging stations on each nightstand and a wall mounted Roku TV. Shares a bathroom with Rooms 5 and 6.

◈Guest Room 5: Downstairs, Queen Bed, Twin XL low bunk bed. Includes charging stations on each nightstand. Shares a bathroom with Rooms 4 and 6.

◈Guest Room 6: Downstairs, Queen over Queen Bunk Bed. Includes charging stations on each nightstand. Shares a bathroom with Rooms 4 and 5.

◈Game room: Downstairs, pull-down Queen Lori Wall bed. (Available upon request).

◈Infants/Toddlers: 2 pack’n’play baby beds and 1 highchair available. A wall mounted baby gate is available upon request. We do not provide a sound machine or baby monitor.

The laundry room off the game room area includes a Samsung Bespoke Stacked washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are available. Limited laundry pods are provided for use.

◈The patio off the main living area is covered and has views of the surrounding nature and mountain hills. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee on the patio in the morning, or enjoy some BBQ on the grill while watching the sunset in the evening.
◈The covered and screened patio off the game room features a hot tub and some seating. This hot tub is available year round!
◈The front porch features views of the beautiful homes of Branson Canyon and two rocking chairs.

BRANSON CANYON SHARED AMMENITIES

Branson Canyon has many amenities shared amongst all the homes. They are well kept and open for guests to use if in season.

◈ No lifeguard on duty at the pool.
◈ Ring doorbell with camera is next to the front door.
◈ Quiet hours from 11 PM – 8 AM per HOA.
◈ No smoking or vaping inside or on the patios.
◈ Per HOA rules: No buses, oversized vehicles, boat or trailer parking available at the house or in the neighborhood. Contact me to discuss options.

Guests have access to the entire home.

◈ No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time.
◈ Max overnight occupants 20 (19 adults, 1 toddler, plus any babies)
◈ You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
◈ We welcome friendly, house-trained dogs that are identified on the reservation at booking. Any unregistered pets will result in a $200 fee to pay for additional cleaning.
◈ Please note our occupancy includes the toddler bed, bunks, and murphy bed. All beds except the toddler bed can comfortably fit an adult.

Great Rental
This was a great place and the location was amazing. Walking distance to the brewery and short drive to all the golf courses in the area. House was amazing and perfect for a golf vacation.

We had a group of family and friends stay a weekend. The location was close and convenient to every thing we needed. The house was beautiful and one of the Best appointed properties we ever stayed at, Was well stocked, . The kitchen was incredible, The beds extremely comfortable. We would hundred percent come back and stay at this property!

Family Fun!
We loved our stay. The house was plenty big for our group, not once did we feel like we were on top of each other. Kids loved the downstairs and the little toy room in the master bedroom. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had all the things we needed to prepare meals and treats. We loved the giant table for eating and playing games/cards. We had everything we needed for our family gathering and multiple birthday celebrations. A bit about the neighborhood, first it's hilly. We are walkers because of our dogs. I personally loved our morning/evening walks and was thankful for a good bum workout. There are only two parking spaces in front of the house, but there are two overflow spaces between the house and the neighboring house. The community pool was a hit! Our kids loved the daily visit to the pool even after their lake time and never once complained about having to walk up the hills :) Whitney was easy to get ahold of and work with. She was quick to respond to any of my questions and even helped us find the most friendly/picturesque marina for our boat. Overall we had an amazing first visit to the area. If you have a big gather coming up this is the place to stay!

A wonderful Easter weekend
We enjoyed our time in Branson at this wonderful Vrbo. The host was great and the house was very comfortable. We had a family of 11 and everyone had a great time. Very close to Big Cedar and Top of the Rock. Our kids loved the hot tub and pool table. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Spring Break
This house exceeded our expectations. Our family of 5 and my sister in laws 5 were very comfortable and had a couple of bedrooms left over. Our plan was to do all the Branson things (go-karts, arcades, etc…) but our 6 kids loved the house so much they didn’t want to leave. They were either playing pool, in the hot tub or playing basketball at the court down the street the whole time. I don’t think they even used their phones or Xbox’s the whole time we were there which is saying a lot for 6 kids 8-15. The host was very responsive and they provided everything you could think of to make our stay great. We especially loved the large dining table that fit our whole family.

Absolutely perfect
We had a large family group stay for 5 days over Christmas. The house was in fantastic condition and so clean on our arrival. We loved all the little touches of decorations for Christmas! Location was great as it was outside of the busy part of Branson. Only about 10 min to grocery stores and some fast food places in Hollister. Kids absolutely loved the pool table in the basement and spent most of their time playing there. We loved that there was plenty of seating and dishes for a large group. Communication throughout booking was so responsive. We will definitely look into staying again in the future!

Great family get away
This rental was perfect!!! We’ve used VRBO several times and this was one of the best rentals. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and we loved the game room and huge dining table. The host supplied so many little extras that made our visit care free. We absolutely we return!

Property has overload of bedrooms & beds. Nice basement area to hangout & play games. The only down side was the one A/C unit could not keep up with the extreme heat. Noticed other homes in the area had two A/C units. Home owners were easy to communicate with.

Awesome host and property!
We stayed for a business planning retreat for 2 nights. The house was awesome for meetings with plenty of space and nice natural light. Whitney is the host and was EXTREMELY accommodating for our group. She set up a lunch order and delivery on two days with just a headcount and budget to work with and it worked out perfectly with no headaches. We would 100% come back here for another stay. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet, and it seemed like a lot of families were enjoying the community pool. Location is great - close to Top of the Rock area and a short drive to several marinas.

Fun Home for Family
All 10 of us were pleased with the home and the accommodations. There was plenty of space for all to spread out and do their thing. The teens liked the lower level with the pool table, arcade, and games. The kids never once said, "We're bored or what can we do?" With the games and the pool, they kept busy when we were at the house. The adults had the deck, living room, and hot tub where they could sit and visit.The time went fast which meant that everyone was having a good time. Yes, we would like to go there again, and Whitney was very helpful with all my questions.

Fabulous family reunion!!!
It was perfect for our five different families!!! The basement with pool table, video game, hot tub & three bedrooms - one bath was perfect for the families with little ones!! The top floor was perfect for the couple with no kids!!! The main floor was fabulous with the long dining table for everyone to sit at and enjoy a meal or play games!!! The closet with the little bed was perfect for the tiniest guest who loved sleeping in it!! All the amenities were perfect!!! No doubt that this home away from home is a FIVE star all around!!! The owner was so pleasant to work with!!! She responded immediately to any questions that we had!!! Thank you for making our family weekend so special!! The OK & TN “C” families!!

Amazing!
We absolutely loved this home. It was beautiful. It kept 11 kids, ages 4-17, occupied. There was plenty of bed space for our group of 17. There was also plenty of towels/rags and dishes. This home had everything we needed, and then some. It was the most stocked home I've ever rented. She truly has thought of everything, from dishware for toddlers to shampoo, conditioner, and soap in all the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay. The house was perfect. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a large family group. Everything needed was provided, location was close to town, house was clean and as advertised and host was extremely responsive. She even helped us book another night last minute after we had car trouble. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again in an instant. Very pleased!

Exceptional Excellence
This property exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is evident. We stayed here with our extended family (including children, teens, and grandparents) for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Everything was in working order and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and the game room/hot tub kept the kids entertained. The distance to Branson was perfect. We enjoyed being away from the busyness of strip but close enough to anything we wanted to quickly go do. Overall recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great value property with spacious accommodations. Accurate listing that was fun and well furnished for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay again. The home was well cared for and freshly appointed. Small recommendations: unable to locate the dumpster for trash per check out instructions, and good thorough mopping of the floors may be needed as the kids' feet were constantly black. Wipe them off and let them go. They loved all the space, games, and room for playing. If you have more than 2 vehicles, the overflow parking is shared with multiple units and may not be available, and there is no on street parking, tricky. Overall, it was a great experience with good communication from the host, and Deep Forrest will not disappoint. Thanks for the memories.
