This four-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home sleeps ten guests comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. Bedroom number three has 2 full beds and there is also an additional bedroom with 2 twins. All bedrooms are designed to enhance your stay, featuring dresser drawers, nightstands, and/or closets so that you can store your belongings in a way that makes you feel at home.

Make memories in the home’s open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, the latter of which features a comfy sectional and tv. Step outside of onto the home's spacious deck overlooking the shoreline leading to shared stairs that take you directly to the shared beach access.

There is parking for three cars by the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Everything you could want to cook is in the kitchen. Sheets and beds comfortable & clean.. Plenty of outdoor seating in the shade. Thankfully it never rained during our time, but we likely would have headed to downtown Holland 15 min away if it had.. Perfect spot to gather 3 generations!!"
