Dirty and run down.
Turned the ahower on and black dirt ran from the walls. Layer of dust on toilet. You can tell the floors have not been mopped in weeks. There was old food in the fridge. Breakfeast milk was warm and bread was hard. Waffles looked decent but after all other issues with cleanliness in lobby i didnt chance it.

Go here for a great stay in Holbrook
The hotel overall was great. Clean room, good staff, awesome pool & spa area, decent breakfast items provided, quiet. Not a bad location either as close to many places and great freeway access
