Was very noisy. Other guests coming and going until 2.30am With no consideration of others There was dried blood splashed on the bitty of sheer curtain in our room. The soap holder in the shower had dried crusted remnants of soap on it

Give this place a try
Booked a Deluxe double room and facilities were ideal for our stay. The room was clean, with fridge, microwave, tv and bowls, plates and cutlery. Ample car parking and very little street noise. Plenty of flyers within reception for ideas on what to visit within Tasmania. Reception was very helpful and a request to stay an extra night in the same room was able to handled on the spot. Overall, only have positives from the stay and will be looking at stay there on my next visit to Hobart.

The property itself was very clean, just dated. Inconvienent times you couldn’t use the laundry after 7:00pm. Loved that it had a little kitchen although the fridge froze everything inside even after we turned it down. There is also a little communal kitchen. Location isn’t great and you definitely need a car, shops and restaurants aren’t too far away. For the price it was very good, would I stay here again, probably not.

Bathroom was appalling. When the shower turned on black grime started dripping down the shower curtain as well as the tiles covered in grime making it slippery The bedding under the sheet was yellow and the room covered in dust Cutlery had to be washed before usage as it was filthy Budget accommodation fair enough but hygiene should be a must. The shared balcony made it impossible to open the curtain as you could see straight in side my room

View from the room was OK although the block next door was untidy and with derelict cars spoilt it a bit. Although free car parking is available, it is limited and sometimes you might need to park on the roadway. Room was fine, no issues there.

Suggestions. Move closet so when in bed you can then see all of the tv.Warn guests not to open a window,as smokers use the balcony ,and the smoke comes straight in.
