"The Residential Retreat" consists of two separate living spaces that can be connected, making it perfect for two or more families traveling together. The combined spaces ioffer 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living areas with smart TVs, and 2 kitchens. Enjoy a large deck with 3 picnic tables, BBQ, a lockable garage (for two small cars), and two allocated parking bays.

The location means that you get to enjoy the best of both worlds, the tranquil and picturesque Eastern Shore area, and being close to the City. There’s a bus stop right outside or you are just a 10 minute drive to the CBD.
Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema.
The property is not far from Bellerive Quay which offers numerous choices of dining which include Chinese, Thai, Italian and Canadian, to name a few. Also nearly is Salamanca Fresh which is a large grocer offering fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher, a baker and a good offering of ready-made meals.
Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right outside the front door if you need it.
Hobart’s CBD is a 10-minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there's a bus stop out front and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
