Was a very nice stay - the only downside was the bedhead lights which were big and made sitting up in bed awkward. Apart from that the staff were friendly and everything was clean, warm and tidy.
It was a very rough area and super noisy got barely any sleep and no hot water what so ever really disappointed with the experience lucky we were only there for 1 night.
Fantastic value for money, the lady on the check in was welcoming and patient, and check in was a breeze. Room was simple but clean and all the basic amenities you would need. The only request I can think of is perhaps a few more supplies like toothpaste and perhaps an extra doona available.
Great value, clean, after hours check in, pub across the road and a block away from the Moonah Strip. Close to busses.

We were given an "upgrade" because we wanted a room on the ground floor. Really it was a "downgrade". Towels not replaced, bed not made and shower mat not replaced. When queried reception said they couldn't make our bed as we'd left things on it! Yes we did....we left our PJs on it. Therefore they said they couldn't make the bed. We were out for the day on the second day and came back to see the bed was "made". Well the doona was pulled over the bed and pillows looked neat but they hadn't moved the sheet that was inside. It was 1/2-way down the bed. If the place is going to say it won't make a bed because it has "things" on it, you'd think at least they'd warn you!! They never replaced the shower mat and we had to use my husband's singlet so we wouldn't slip when we got out of the shower. We won't stay there again.
