The management was not client friendly. The staff had to execute the policy. Eg, there was complementary beer and water in the mini bar. We requested if we could get extra water bottle instead of beer. They refused.

This hotel is in a great, central location. It is nicely presented and has a lovely rooftop pool/dining/bar area with amazing views of the city. The customer service is exceptional from the moment you walk in the door. Good buffet breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was really updated .Near to shopping area .I was lucky to being upgraded from premium to higer grade. As i reached hotel at 7am,i needed to loiter around till 2pm which is quite tiring after flight.Over all i would recommend all travellers to book this hotel.
