If this is a true 5-star hotel, then different choices in pillows should be offered in the event someone is allergic to goose/down feathers. I was told bc this is a 5-star hotel, only down/goose feathers are available. However, the lack of choices makes this an issue and definitely not up to par with real 5-star hotels. I was told to buy my own pillow of choice. This does not feel like a 5-star property and the amenities were lacking. Cleaning staff can also be improved.

這間飯店位於第五郡，離市區可以觀光的地點較遠，但也因此房價較便宜。房間大、早餐好吃而且選擇多，知名的米其林推薦美食「錦麗河粉」也在附近，飯店本身也有餐廳可以享用，是個不錯的住宿選擇。

Not a true 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful but the management could use some training to address issues in an efficient and proper manner. 4-star hotel at best. Missing too many amenities and level of service to be considered a 5-star by international standards.
