The images and property description on your site "Wotif" were absolutely nothing like the accomodation. There was also no pool which was in your images and it was the reason we booked there. After contacting you we have been told that The Lancaster won't refund us. Ironically when we were there, The Lancaster Hotel said it was your issue, not theirs. Terrible outcome from Wotif.

This in itself was nor an issue, and this accommodation was acceptable, but the delivery of the message was disconcerting. We booked hotels for the remainder of our stay.
