Check in was difficult after 24 hrs of travel, we were told we could not be accommodated in the booked room and we would have to upgrade. That was okay, so we paid an additional $100AUD to accommodate 3 x people though upgraded room still only had 2 x single beds so had to push together. Still the reception staff refused to provide a third towel or bottle of water unless we again paid an additional fee. We were provided with any info on the hotel or the surrounding area. Wifi works on and off so not the best if staying for business. The shower was broken and flooded the bathroom floor each time it was used and kept falling down when in use. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The pool and gym area were great, very clean with toilets and showers available for use. Not a lot around the hotel that was easily accessed with children. Would not stay again or recommend this hotel to family or friends.

Really good value. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are ok. Shower head is terrible, slides down and can’t keep it steady. In the deluxe room the shower is a very tall bathtub which would not be easy to access by an elder person. Could even be dangerous, rest is very good. Room has good space and lighting. The area outside the hotel is terrible and a bit noisy. But the location is very accessible.. breakfast is terrible. Not cheap. And poor selection. Enjoy the breakfast places around. In conclusion I would stay here again.
