The staff at this hotel are superior to almost every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Alice (Nhi) and her team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even went out of their way multiple times to suggest places to eat, escort us to our Grab ride and many more things. The location puts you on the street by all the Japanese places and is a short 10 minute walk to the closest VINCOM mall. I highly recommend Silverland Sayko for anyone staying in HCMC.

Boutique hotel with great staff
This is a boutique hotel in the middle of a busy area full of restaurants and massage places.. The lobby and staff are excellent, rooms were spacious with a Japanese theme, room was very quiet at night and a very good breakfast for this size hotel.. Staff were very friendly with afternoon tea and snacks each day.. Rooftop pool area isn't as relaxing as it looks in the photos, but still an enjoyable stay and I'm sure better than most hotels in the area for a similar price

Best hotel ever. Spa was so relaxing and affordable. Rooftop pool was almost private and really nice with hot and cold areas and jets, staff serving drinks and snacks. The hotel itself was so clean and all staff were so kind. Would return.

The property is amazing, I always come back and the hotel staff recognize me, I really don’t have other options in HCMC at this level of hospitality, the room is clean and spacious, the tea time always at high note, I miss the live music though, the location is simply very good short distance to all attractions and plenty to do around, Thank you for the best stay and sad was very short this time.

The hotel on is truly exceptional. The customer service from the staff is impeccable, always ready to assist. The free afternoon teas with tapas and sweets were a delightful surprise. With its prime location and excellent service, I will definitely stay here again in Saigon.
