Despite the superb service and lovely shared spaces, we had an issue with our Suite. The photos shown on the Expedia site show a beautiful space with a living room area, however, when we arrived we were shown to a room on a lower level that looked nothing like the five photos of the Suite we booked and did not have a living room area at all. Instead we had a hot tub that was not filled and a sauna which we had no interest in using. It was a bait and switch situation and very disappointing. We were moved to a different room on with a nice view for the second night, but the elusive suite in the pictures was not to be found.

Great 3 Star hotel with Fantastic Staff
The service is fantastic. Very friendly staff and very attentive. This is a 3 star not 4 star. The carpets need to be changed and definitely needs some upgrading. Book the river view. Rooms like 803 703 603 - BEST VIEW IN THE CITY. I loved the kindest of this Hotel Staff just not as nice as the pictures

The staff is very courteous and friendly. They are always greeting you with a smile. The only problem I have is that the surrounding areas are not very clean. The hotel itself is pretty clean.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and took care of our needs. Our bartender Quy was very personable and gave us tips of where to eat out in the city. The property was nice except for occasional sounds from other rooms. The bed can be softer too. Overall, we had a great time!

I had a massage at the hotel and ended up getting red dots all over my body. I immediately noticed the reaction and asked the massage therapist about it. She waved her hand in my face and said “it go away”. Come to find out it’s a severe case of Folliculitious and spent the next month in Thailand with red large bumps all over my body but mainly my legs.

Thoroughly enjoyed this boutique hotel. Staff was excellent. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi/bar was fantastic after long day of sightseeing. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great. Our room had a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see. We walked just about everywhere (be careful as a pedestrian of the cars and motorcycles :) You get use to it.
