The key cards to the apartment were not in the mailbox that the email for the instructions to check in were sent to us. The contact did immediately place us into another apartment. Unfortunately, the a/c units in the apartment were not cooling properly and by morning, one unit in the bedroom was leaking enough water to flood the floor. There was a strong mildew odor in the master bathroom. The walls in the master bedroom could use a good scrub and cleaning. Still a good value for a large family. Luckily, we only needed to stay one night but the contact manager did offer us another apartment. We stayed in apartment 28.10.

There was mold in our room making me and my girlfriend very sick when we asked for a solution from the hotel they offered to move us to another room the new room had a mold patch even worse then the first room they were very difficult to deal with and tried telling us it wasn’t mold and also told Expedia there was no mold denying our refund me and my girlfirend had to find a new place to stay half way though our trip to Ho Chi Minh i have pictures on my Google review of the hotel Proving mold if you would like to go there and see for yourself . My girlfriend couldn’t even be in the room without getting all symptoms of mold inhalation mostly a rash and getting light headed we were denied a refund from the hotel and they were terrible to try and reason with. Do not stay here if you value your health

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 young kids. The apartment is in decent condition but kept clean, host was very helpful and responsive. The location was one of the main reasons we booked this place as it was in District 4 and close to restaurant/cafes. Will definitely stay again in future but next time in a 3 bed room apartment as the 2 bedroom apartment was abit small for a family of 4.

Hotel did not have a check in front desk. Front desk is only the security guard. Have to wait for the apt owner to arrive to get into the room. Reserved for 2 beds, but only got 1 bed. Owner claimed it was Travelocity fault. Room was dirty, dated. Shower head is broken. Owner refused to refund the money. My family did not take shower the night we was forced to stay there. Call Travelocity, only being told that they cannot issued a refund for cancel the second night without authorization from the owner. I moved out in the morning to another hotel. Hotel was advertised as 5 stars on Travelocity. Did not even deserve a 2 stars.
