Great stay and the room was very nice.
Booked this hotel for the final two nights of my trip. The room was very nice. Very clean. The check in was a little odd. They asked me for my visa and also had to out a deposit down for the sheets. But it was all fine in the end. I’d recommend this hotel for sure. Great location.

Smart but disappointing
Smart looking hotel in central area. Unusual check in document which required a signature against stealing an itemised list of hotel property and an agreement not to dirty the linen and towels which was stressed again by the staff that brought up luggage. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and the staff refused to provide towels to prevent future flooding as they didn’t want the towels to get dirty even though it was just to absorb clean water. When I insisted, the hotel staff then provided dirty old cloths which made the otherwise smart bathroom feel very grubby and unpleasant. After speaking to manager, the hotel we were provided with 3 additional bath mats. The bath was unusable as it wouldn’t fill due to a broken integrated plug. The bathroom had 3 ceiling spotlights with only 1 small light above the basin which meant it’s impossible to see yourself shave or put makeup on in the mirror as your face is in the shade. I booked a suite which wasn’t a suite (with a separate sitting room or even a junior suite with an open plan sitting room area). It was a slightly larger room with a second single bed, a rocking armchair and coffee table. If the room had been described as a ‘premium triple’ it wouldn’t have been so misleading. Overall the hotel is smart and clean but the management’s obsession about keeping the towels clean made us all (a group of 4) paranoid about leaving the slightest mark on the linen or towels for fear of additional charges.

Excellent hotel and a very good price. Superb location for visiting Ho Chi Minh city Check in experience was a bit odd. We checked in late.. just before midnight so there was only 1 guy on duty and he took a lot of effort yo tell us about how we could be charged extra for taking away things from the hotel. He then told my partner that she needs to use the makeup removal pads provided in the room else they could charge us for any marks left on the bed linen! Felt like he was schooling us. Not a very warm welcome to be honest! Overall its a great hotel but make sure you don't encounter that one chap at night! Haha!

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. There’s one issue that as a traveler, i found to be highly unusual. At the check in, I was asked to leave a $20 deposit for the white towels!

Overall, very happy with the Hotel. Rooftop pool excellent. Food and beverage all very good. The only drawback was that we use the face washer to clean up a little bit of coffee that spilt on the table in our bedroom and we got fined for it as they told us it was damaged beyond Repair. I asked for the face washer back and paid the $10 and then once we got back to Australia, the face was pure white again. Not worth fighting

We enjoyed being in this part of the city which was less crowded and easier to navigate by foot, using crosswalks and traffic actually stop there. Shopping was within walking distance and also lots of dining options nearby. The location was great, near a green belt and near the Notre Dame Bascilica altho it's under renovations. It's also fairly quiet with only one stage with a band that didn't go all night long. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us transition when we needed a slightly bigger room for work. The tub was a huge bonus and very relaxing. All in all a great place to stay.

The location was good and the floor staffs were very friendly and helpful. Although the food was good, the restaurant was small and limited. It was OK since it is convenient to try all local food elsewhere.
