RED ZONE, NOT FOR FAMILIES
This hotel is not a family hotel, it is more like a motel where gentlemen go with women who work at night, it is located in a red light district. The noise from these ladies who work at night is undesirable, rooms are not a family environment, the rooms are dirty, with hair and dirt from previous guests. I arrived and was assigned a windowless room (floor 1), with no view of anything. I asked for a change but the hotel was “totally full” but when I decided to show them the photos of all the dirt in the room, a room on the 6th floor magically appeared. This was after the receptionist, who has no decision-making power, made a thousand calls and they authorized the change, with the condition that it would only be for that night and the next day I would have to return to my windowless cave. I had a reservation for 3 nights and we only stayed for 1 night, they kept a percentage of the reservation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

You know I stayed there a year ago and the service was great then but this time the service was even better. I hope the owners of that hotel chain give these guys bonuses and raises. They’ve always do a great job. They always accommodate the experience once again was fabulous

Area is very nice. Convenient for places to eat shop and sightsee. Hotel is very clean & nice. Staff was ok. Had to ask for alot of things upon check in. Like welcome drink. No upgrade. Rooms where big but did mot like bathroom shower set up. Just inconvenient .Wanted to eat something but restaurant closed. Overall 3* out of 5.

In addition to the central location, what really makes M Hotel great is the staff. They are unfailingly courteous and helpful, always with an easy smile. They even lept into action when I forgot my expensive rain jacket at a restaurant across the street, only remembering the next morning at the airport. They retrieved it and drove out to the airport to hand it to me. Unbelievable!
