The location is very nice. Rooms are small as are bathrooms so if you plan to spend time in the room then look elsewhere, else it's ok. Decent breakfast options, not great.

Close to downtown. Not the best surrounding area. Staff were excellent. Dining options were very good. Pool was small but was fine for a quick dip. Tour pickup came right to the hotel.

Wouldn’t stay here again. In a really terrible part of Saigon. Reception staff mucked up my booking and were very resistant to help. Only demanding firmly changed their attitude. Rooms are small and poorly designed. Bathrooms are a joke. Feels like showering inside a fishbowl. There are a plethora of better places. Don’t bother.

The rooms are undeniably cramped, with a particularly awkward design element: the translucent glass separating the shower and toilet. This lack of privacy can be quite uncomfortable and detracts from the overall experience. The rooftop offers stunning views of the city skyline, providing a redeeming quality to the hotel. However, accessibility is a major issue, with stairs leading to the restaurant and other areas, making it difficult for guests with mobility challenges. Best little hotel in HCM staff and absolute delight I go there every time I am in HCM which is often only downside is the area and dreaded bikes on the pavement outside otherwise a wonderful hotel highly recommended

Gem.
My third trip to Saigon. Always a long stay so I look for great value and comfort. This hotel is a hidden jem. What?Located at the end of a block it has great access to many restaurants and walking distance to most attractions ( if you don’t mind a good walk) the area is safe and the hotel staff is friendly. In addition the morning breakfast is good. Beds were comfortable but the rooms are a little small. Looking for great value with an upscale feel. Book here.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were on the small side, however that was all advertised before booking. Only issue was that the 'exterior' pictures of the building were NOT the hotel. The hotel was in a dead end street with no footpaths as they were covered with hundreds of scooters (for sale or rent maybe??) I wasnt very comfortable with using the alleyway at night. I've learnt my lesson and will Google Street view in the future. We ended up moving to another hotel because of the alleyway, but that was just due to preference. Facilities and staff were good.

The warm hotel staff and walkable
The hotel staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. The room is tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. It is walking distance to most of the historic landmark of Saigon/ Ho Chi Minh and the Hop on an Hop off buses are very convenient for the DIY travelers.Shopping Mall and restaurants of different cuisines…Vietnamese and international. Thank you so much once again to the whole staff of the hotel.

The rooms are considerably smaller than most hotels in the area but well organized and clean. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Cute little pool upstairs with buy 2 get 1 free cocktails and we were up there the entire night pretty much alone. I would say the only down side to this place minus the small room, is you can’t get to the river front because of a wall. If i had known that, I probably wouldn’t have stayed here. We kept having to circle around to try and get to the hotel.

Reasonable Price and Great Location
Reasonable price with a great location. The property had a gym but would have been happier if they had quality equipment. Please upgrade your exercise bike. Breakfast was okay considering how reasonable the room price was. Rooms were small but clean. I was only there to sleep anyway. Some of the other guests were noisy, but not the hotels fault. Family from India let their kids scream up and down the hallway well after midnight. Front desk at checkout failed to ask me how my stay was. Overall, if you are looking for a cheap, clean, well located hotel, I would recommend.

Breakfast is Ok but staff cannot speak English. Location is ok but I request for upper floor room, they gives me on 2nd floor. Last day they ask me to pay for small face towel, it’s cannot clean after washing, I said I put on floor to replacement, Strange!
