Property lobbies, pool, restaurants are nice but the rooms are dated. I picked this bc I recently stayed in a Lotte in Seoul and it was great. This was a significant step down. Staff is an issue. After checkin, we called bc our room was warm. A woman from the desk and two maintenance guys responded promptly, but couldn’t get the temp down. The next morning we raised the issue again, which prompted another maintenance visit, but at least they got the AC to work. Then there was a hilarious discussion which took three staff to answer the question “how long does it take a taxi to drive to the airport?”Finally at checkout, clerk “Vision” seemed insulted that I wanted to check the detail on my statement and quite put out that I wanted to split the payment between my remaining dong and a CC. Past its prime and not worth the price. Won’t return.

Comfortable central hotel
Great modern clean hotel, large rooms and good amenities on the river. We took the executive package with access to the lounge which was well worth it. Reasonably priced.

We like the grand lobby that they have, and the bar options it has, try its dessert mango bingsu if one has a chance, and other food bites and drinks, while sitting in the lobby. The bathroom amenities are also of high quality ( with Grown Alchemist lotions and shampoos, and warm toilette seat). The guest room is not modern but very clean, and nicely furnished. We had river view rooms, and it was great to enjoy the sightings. The hotel also had a big round pool, not deep but enough for lounging around, and dipping in, with a little bit of swimming. It also has nice sitting areas outside. The service staff is great and polite. It was about 10 minutes walk to the city center, trade off is staying by the river.

It has a beautiful grand lobby where you can sit down, relax, and order refreshments. It also has a beautiful sitting area outside in the back, and also has a big round swimming pool where you can do light swimming or dipping in, not deep. You can lounge around the pool and order some food and drinks. It has nice & clean rooms, river view is perfect. It has really nice facility overall, and nice bathroom amenities such as warm toilette seat, soap, shampoo and lotions by Grown Alchemist. The staff support and greeting is excellent, warm and welcome. It is by the Bach Dang river, so a bit outside of the city center, about 10 minutes to the center. It deserves high ratings. During our stay it has some wedding events organized way in the beautiful area in the back on its own, nice to see and not interfering in anyway.

Not convenient location for getting food, very noisy and busy street out front, this is not a 5 star by western standards.Old style bath tub...why not put in a glass enclosed shower like most luxury hotels? Sewer smell from floor drains and no vent! Common areas are nice though.
