Great location. Service very friendly from all but check-in/out could be a bit slicker. Rooms very spacious and clean. Pool was excellent, even for sunbathing. Highly recommended.

Average property with not so good front end staff and missing amenities. No iron in the room and there is no mirror as well in the room. Checkin process is really bad and they are not customer friendly to give you room 1-2 hours earlier despite of availability. Breakfast is average so definitely not something for Indians for good food options as everything is non vegetarian . The only good thing about this hotel is their location.

2nd time we stayed here, last time was 2019, the location is great for exploring district 1. The hotel is a little dated, but this is reflected in the price. Staff are all super nice & friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, its nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate.

レイトチェックアウトをチェックイン時に申し出、支払いも済ませてあるのに 当日の正午過ぎに部屋へ戻ると鍵が開かなかった。 システム的にレイトチェックアウト時、カードキーに何か対応が必要なのであれば、先に言っておいて欲しい。そうすれば、外出時にこちらも対応できた。 部屋でゆっくりする為のレイトチェックアウトが、部屋に入れず　フロントを往復することになり、残念だった。

The rooms are in good order. Clean, functional. While I was visiting, the pool and gym were closed for remodeling. My room fridge was missing. As compensation, front desk offered me a free drink. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly.

I loved the Hotel and everything of it,and the staffs but one thing I did not like that was the Wi-Fi. It was very slow..! It was worse that the coffee shops around.

Excellent value. Modern amenities and friendly staff. Clean and safe. I had an issue with the AC in my room on arrival but they sent up a technician to repair it within an hour of my check-in and the climate control was impeccable throughout my stay. The hotels is a block from a bustling market and close to major District One attractions. I walked to most destinations.

Great location with friendly staff. Only issue us the pool abs gym we're out of commission whilst there for 10 days, which was not disclosed. This should have been advertised at booking, so that o could have made other arrangements

They were very busy at the check in time, they told me my room was not ready yet and that I had to wait. They would not say how long I would have to wait. I ended up getting my room 30 min after check in time. The main problem for me was that they wouldn’t clearly communicate how long the wait would be even when after me asking. The shower pointed to the wall, which made it a challenge to shower. The water would also hit the wall and come out of the shower, so when you came out the shower floor was flooded.
