They were very busy at the check in time, they told me my room was not ready yet and that I had to wait. They would not say how long I would have to wait. I ended up getting my room 30 min after check in time. The main problem for me was that they wouldn’t clearly communicate how long the wait would be even when after me asking. The shower pointed to the wall, which made it a challenge to shower. The water would also hit the wall and come out of the shower, so when you came out the shower floor was flooded.

It's perfectly situated right next to Ben Thanh Market. You can walk to many restaurants and famous attractions. There's also a mall near by if you wanted to go shopping. The staff are nice and able to speak english. I stayed at another hotel last year and communication was difficult. This is important because the last hotel changed our hotel room and we didn't know how to communicate back with the staff. Also, the last hotel door card didn't work because the door battery died and it was difficult to explain. The hotel is decently in a good shape and not much to complain about.
