This hotel is a gem! ✨ From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the pristine, modern facilities. Everything felt brand new and sparkling clean. But what truly elevated my stay was the exceptional service. Very new property and appointed with beautiful interiors. However a very small hotel and the pool was underwhelming. For the price I expected much more. The staff are excellent, I want to emphasise that point.

Service and cleanliness are outstanding
check-in was a breeze. We were met with a cool mocktail and fruit plate. reception provided a map and pointed out major local attractions. we were then escorted to our room. The strength of this hotel is the staff engagement and service. OUTSTANDING in all ways. At reception Huong Nguyen stood out. She was lovely and proactively anticipated our needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Since this hotel is still newly opened, the staff’s hospitality truly shines, and their smiles were absolutely wonderful. In particular, Ms. Huong Nguyen at the reception provided exceptional service, always responding to our needs flexibly. When we consulted with her, she recommended a tour that was perfect for us, and we had an amazing experience. There are many hotels with great facilities and beautiful decor, but what truly moves people’s hearts is the warm and heartfelt hospitality provided by the staff. This is something I was reminded of during this experience. I have visited over 15 countries, and my daughter has been to more than 30, but this was the most comfortable stay we’ve ever had.
