Excellent. It really is one of the only hotels that put you by everything in district one. I spent a lot of time researching. This is walking distance to everything important and it’s really nice. The signature lounge leaves a lot to be desired compared to other first world lounges, but no big deal. Otherwise staff was amazing. Spa was clean and services were affordable. Coffee bar was great every morning.

We would book with this hotel again. The hotel has a modern feel and hotel staff are very helpful. Short walk to restaurants and shopping centers. Next to the Opera House and ticketing booth for the red hop on hop off bus. Our room did not have free breakfast buffet, so we decided to give it a try it just okay compared to the price we paid, thought it would be better. Room service options were plentiful. Rooftop bar, did not allow people with shorts (mixed feeling about this especiallyduring the day).

Very nice hotel in Quan 1 district, close to everywhere. We came to the hotel around 6 pm, only 1 girl in the front greeting customer, she look at us, no one around to help to unload with our luggage.

The hotel is beautiful and very convenient. The staff at the executive lounge were amazing. Definitely worth paying for executive lounge access. An oasis in the middle of Saigon.
